Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? We totally understand and want to help you fully understand our return policy. 

Shavonne Dorsey Inc.will gladly accept returns on merchandise, under the following conditions: 

 

All returns must be shipped within 14 business days from the date delivered and must include the original invoice with receipt. Returns will not include the cost of shipping to send back to Shavonne Dorsey Inc. Returns received after 14 days will be sent back to the original customer. We can only accept returns on items with their original tags, which have not been worn,washed, or altered in any way.

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any sale items. If an item returned does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the merchandise. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days upon receiving your return.

 

Shavonne Dorsey Inc. does not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return it by following the above instructions. The new item will need to be purchased as a separate transaction. We recommend shipping returned merchandise by UPS or FedEx. Shavonne Dorsey Inc.will not be responsible for reimbursement in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
